It’s that time of year again when all parish employees and volunteers (18 years of age or older) are required to complete a CORI form. The CORI form is an annual requirement which is intended to help protect our children, youth, elderly and disabled. For your convenience, you can complete a CORI form at anyone of the times below....February 15 at St. Martha after the 5:30pm MassFebruary 16 at St. Martha after the 8:00am MassFebruary 22 at St. Mary after the 4:00pm MassFebruary 23 at St. Mary after the 9:30am MassFebruary 23 at St. Mary after the Noon MassORFebruary 23 at St. Mary after the 5:00pm MassOnly one CORI needs to be submitted to either parish regardless of your ministry or where you are registered. Enjoy some refreshments for stopping by. If you can’t make one of these times, you can always complete a form at either parish office.
