All students in 9th grade and those in their Confirmation year of sacramental preparation (typically grade 10) are required to complete 6 hours of service each year. Please click the above link for service guidelines and recommendations, as well as the service log form. Completed log forms are due on Friday, March 26th, 2021 for the Confirmation 2 students who will be confirmed in May whereas the Confirmation 1 (9th grade students) have until Sunday, April 24th to submit their service log forms to the St. Mary office, attention Linda Olsen.
This year, we would like to allow the Confirmation students the opportunity to provide outdoor yard work to parishioners as a way of meeting their church-based service hours. Any senior-age parishioner or parishioner with physical limitations is invited to request a confirmation student volunteer to provide outdoor service.
